David Allman

David is CEO and Executive Headteacher of The Hoddesdon School Trust, having also served in a range of roles including Chief Financial Officer, Company Secretary and Clerk to the Board of Trustees to manage the Trust’s process of Incorporation on Change of Name from The John Warner School in 2016 and the various organisational changes thereafter.

He joined The John Warner School as Head of Mathematics in 2001, becoming Deputy Headteacher in 2004 and Co-Headteacher in 2017, and has served as an Associate Tutor on the University of Leicester School of Education’s MSc in Educational Leadership since 2009.

David is a Founding Fellow of the Chartered College of Teaching, a Fellow of the Royal Society for the Encouragement of Arts, Manufactures and Commerce, a member of the All Party Parliamentary Group for the Teaching Profession, a member of the Royal Society/British Academy Educational Research Programme Board and a Freeman of The Worshipful Company of Founders.
