About Us

The Hoddesdon School Trust is a group of three schools in Hoddesdon, Hertfordshire that work together closely to provide education for its children, and, through the use of its services, recreation for the wider community.

The Cranbourne Primary School offers nursery provision, and it and Roselands Primary School educate children until they are ready to join secondary school. The vast majority, but not all, then join The John Warner School for their secondary school education. Young people are then helped to make their own choice about next steps, which in the majority of cases means sixth form courses carefully tailored to their needs and aspirations.

Staff at the Trust teach across phases, share information and share professional learning, and we positively encourage work with other local schools for the benefit of the community as a whole.

The John Warner Sports Centre, which we operate under a joint use agreement with the Borough of Broxbourne, is used by our children, staff and the public and is a centrepiece of  our community engagement.

We are committed to providing the best possible life chances for our children, young people and the wider community and welcome all opportunities to explore ways to do so.
